Cold-smoking is the traditional way to preserve meat and fish. Besides extending the shelf life of food, this technique also gives the fish a mouth-watering texture and a flavour that pampers the taste buds. Our cold-smoked range includes rainbow trout, Norwegian salmon, whitefish, Arctic char and halibut. Our ready sliced, boneless cold-smoked fish may be served as a table delicacy or used in cooking.
